At his silence, Note's gaze shifted to Chance and Lemondrop, as if he expected one of them to answer his question. The Espeon stared up at him innocently, but Lemondrop shrugged, obviously content to have the group trailing them and impatient to get going. Note cast another suspicious glance toward the other blonde trainer, but then he turned, dismissively, and started after his Arcanine again.

Bount seemed motionless, if only for a moment before the obviously irritated trainer made his way, and started his pace back up, right behind them. He reached to the headphones that were around his neck, blaring that incredibly loud music, and placed tham back firmly over his ears, muffling the deafening noise as he followed.
Austrays wasn't searching though, she was backtracking. She remembered exactly where she picked up the little rodent. She figured if there was any clue to be had, it'd be somewhere around there. Per the usual though, her head remained cocked towards the sound of her trainer's music; Still no more trusting of the other group than she would be a Snorlax near a berry tree.
Zap, still seemingly absent of current purpose, just bounded along behind Bount, looking about with his large black eyes, waiting for when his skills would be needed, if they were at all needed.

Judis' nose was slowly but surely leading them toward where Lemondrop had fallen off the bike path. His long tan tail lifted confidently as he caught the trail, and he lifted his head, bounding toward the path. Note tried to peer ahead, but they were still too far in the forest to see the bike trail in the distance. He hurried after his Pokémon, and Chance glided after him, moving easily through the foliage with Lemondrop clinging to his back.

Bount kept his pace, anything faster than his casual stroll seemed impossible. The brim of his hat angled upwards after Austrays made her beeline in a slightly different direction. And so, with a turn of his heel, he brok off the other trainer's trail, though not by much, and started walking a much more direct path. All things considered, he'd make it there probably around the same time.
Austrays was nearly there, she could see the a break in the mass of trees, bottoming out into a bike trail. With the targeted zone well within her sight, she made a bank to her side, starting a circle in the air, signaling Bount to her location. They were very far off, she could barely see the music, and with the distance and angle, even her sight couldn't find them. So all she could do was wait, and listen.
All the while still, Zap merely trotted along with his trainer. Normally, he'd be itching to just run or sleep, but he'd already done both a while ago, so he was simply content with strolling along side his lax and slow trainer.

With Judis so adamantly on the trail, Note could not be bothered by what his followers were doing. He let the Pokémon lead to the path, and as they broke onto the bike trail, he pulled out his cell phone and dialed a number. It rang quietly into his ear before going to voicemail, and he frowned as he pocketed it again.
Judis was nearly racing right down the middle of the bike trail, circling around and running back to Note before racing off again. He was in a puppyish tizzy, delighted by coming closer to the completion of his chase. His head shot up as he saw Astray' shadow circling overhead, but he did not avert his eyes from his trail for long. He was once again following the scent blonde girl's scent down the path, his tail waving like a banner all the while.

It was only a few more moments before Bount and zap broke free from the forest and onto the trail. His head turned to look down the trail, seeing the giant Arcanine bounding his way towards his direction with the other trainer following close behind. In a sense, they did make it there around the same time.
Austrays gave a shrill cry as she saw Bount, banking again and starting a flight path up the trail. Even from her height, she could see there was a fresh track from bike tires. If Bount would get his lazy ass moving, they'd probably catch up to whoever it was in her thoughts. Still, she kepta decent speed so she could still be seen, it was only a few hours until sunset, and light was starting to fade.
Zap looked down at the trail and gave it a whiff, he didn't have the same sense of smell as the Arcanine, but he could definitley smell rubber, and that was enough for him. Finally having something to occupy him, he began to go from a trot to a good paced jog, leaving Bount behind with the other trainer and his Pokémon. Though his jog would force everyone to run just to keep up as he made his way along the trail.
