Austrays began to swil into the air, wings fanned out to glide and lower her speed as best as possible. She did her best to ignore the small one's struggle, knowing her grip on it was sure and strong. as they descended towards the small clearing she spoke once again, hoping she could be heard over the stream of wind she had made with her speed, her tone carrying assurance and comfort once more, "[We're going to land soon.]"
And soon enought, the clearing opened up, revealing a small pool of water, shallow enough to pose no threat of lurking predators, but safe enough for Austray's intentions. Seeing as she couldn't land with one set of talons holding a small pikachu, she flew just over the body of water, dropping the yellow being into it with a splash. She then flew back, landing just at the waters edge with a graceful landing that would usually never be seen with a Skarmory, though it didn't keep the ground from sinking slightly under her steeled weight.
Her head tilted once again, knowing the water was shallow enough that the rodent wouldn't even have to swim to reach the edge, but for saftey's sake she craned her neck, reaching into the water to gingerly pinch the pikachu's rear neck in her beak, lifting it from the water to set onto the soft grass beside her.

Lemondrop flopped into the grass without a fight, feeling like she had inevitably become a play thing. She felt as if she had been completely stripped of her dignity. Maybe it would have been better to have just died. At least that way she wouldn't have been dropped in a puddle.
"[So what now?]" she asked, afraid of the answer. She knew that this Skarmory had some sort of plan for her, but she had no idea what it was. At this point, she was just hoping that it was less humiliating than her landing had been.

Austrays this time looked away, nodding off towards the other side of the clearing, revealing a small tent and a campfire, as well as the source of the music. A trainer and his Jolteon were sitting in front of the fire, obviously relaxing. The jolteon was half laying in the trainers lap, asleep. Though it's ears seemed to twitch with the beat of the blindingly fast paced music, and the trainer's hat was pulled over his eyes, making it impossoble to tell if her was asleep or not too.
She then looked back to the small being, tilting her head with attention once more, her tone carrying further comfort as she answered, "[Now you can rest.]" she then turned, beginning to stroll over towards what was obviously her trainer, but a few steps and she stopped dead in her tracks, he necks swivelling as she turned back to look, "[Can you walk?]" She asked. Her voice carrying a melody of slight compassion, proving her personality a contradiction of itself compared to her alert self.

Lemondrop gazed curiously at the trainer and the Pokémon, taking in their appearance in detail. She had always been one to judge by first appearance, but the most predominating feature of the pair was not their looks, but their music. She admittedly liked it quite a bit; it was like nothing she had heard before, and she enjoyed the strength of it.
The Skarmory's voice pulled her away from her concentrated examination abruptly. She slowly and with some effort got to her paws and quickly caught up to her metal companion. "[I'll get there. Lead the way.]"

She nodded towards the creature, looking to her front as they approached the two, who made no reaction, or even acknowedgement to their arrival. As she came up to the campfire, she nestled down into the grass, looking over to her trainer with a tilted head and narrowed glare, calling out ludly over the music, which was ovely loud at this distance, her tone filled with the demand of attention from earlier, "[Hey!]"
Though, somehow expectedly, neither the Jolteon or the human made any reaction, tey simply sat and laid there, enjoying the music that blasted from the headphones over the trainers ears. How he wasn't deaf yet, could only ever be theorized. Austrays grumbled and simply went silent, choosing to stare at the campfire and patiently wait for the two to finally take notice of her presence as well as the new arrival's.

Lemondrop flopped to the ground beside the Skarmory and stared at the flames. Her tail twitched to the beat of the music; it was a bit loud for her liking, but she still liked it. Why hadn't Tunes ever listened to music like this? It was fantastic!
"[Are they deaf?]" Lemondrop asked over the music, glancing at the metal bird Pokémon quizzically. ""

Austrays dipped her head, hefting a sigh and shaking her head, looking to the oblivious two with an annoyed glare, "[Shockingly, no.]" she then looked back to the creature she'd just met. "" her tone carried on a wind of ease as the fire warmed her body.
She sighed again and tilted her head, glancing just briefly at the two with another phrase, "[We just have to wait for the song to end, then they may notice us.]" She blinked soon after, realizing something hat had shockingly escaped her mind. Her tone carried curiosity as she then questioned, "[Did we ever exchange names?]"

Lemondrop closed her eyes and shook her head. She was a little too close to the fire to be comfortable, but not uncomfortable enough to move. "[Nope. But I wasn't too worried about it. My name's Lemondrop.]"

"[Yours is just as weird,]" Lemondrop countered nonchalantly. Her ears perked up as she heard the song concluding, and she pered through half-lidded eyes at the trainer and Pokémon. She did not know exactly what she should be anticipating. Usually a human's first reaction to her was to oggle at how tiny she was and want to pet or squeeze or chew on her, and then when they realized she was real they got a swift shock and kept their distance. Most of them were like that anyway, but she had a feeling that this one would be different.

Austrays fell silent and closed her eyes, feeling she could take a moment to rest now that the song she felt was a racket was seeing its end. The first of the two two finally move was the Jolteon, lethargically peeling it's alien black eyes open as its head rose from the human's lap with a yawn. The trainer still seemed static though, the song had switched over to the next, on what was more than likely a playlist, starting up something more mellow. Like a lullaby, but the ambience of it would be far too frightening for a child.
The Jolteon looked about slowly; as if trying to figure out where the hell he was. When his eyes came to rest on a yellow thing, his vision still a bit blurry from his nap. He let out a yawn and tried to blink away the fog, mumbling, "[...Eh?]".
And with it, the trainer seemed to act as if that were his cue... Though her hardly moved, tilting his head towards the direction of the newcomer. He craned hs neck to look to Austrays, figuring she had allowed itnear since it wasn't in a crater or pumelled to submission. Then came what seemed to be his most energetic move as he leaned forward, his arm outstreched as his index and thumb too hold to the nape of the tiny Pokémon's neck, lifting it into the air and over to him, just a foot away from his face, though all that was visible was his nasal bridge down as the brim of the hat obscured his eyes. His mouth moved to one single and mono-toned word that seemed to require a pause of examination before he spoke it, "...Tiny..."

Lemondrop's eyes narrowed as she came eye to eye with the lathargic musical trainer, and after calculating the fall and deciding it was worth it, she let out a short electric zap, just strong enough to startle him into releasing her. She landed on her paws, though she stumbled, and then sat up and looked at him expectantly, twitching her ear indignantly as she did so.

None seemed to react to the attack, even austrays just sat there, here eyes still closed. Though the Jolteon did look up expectantly at his trainer with a tilted head. His arm was still hanging in the air, hand in the same position. Were it not for the smell of singe and smoke rising off him, it'd seem like he wasn't harmed at all. Though his oblivious nature proved to affect more than one aspect of him as his lips moved for one word again, "...Ow.", though it was said so calmly, as if he had spoken it just for the sake of saying it.

Lemondrop made a face at the trainer. "[He's a slowpoke!]" she moaned. "" With an exasperate sigh she flopped to the ground again. "[Hey, Austrays... can I just have a potion or two? Maybe I can find my own way home if I could walk...]"

Austrays gave no reaction, as it seemed she had fallen asleep herself. But the trainer tilted his head, seeming to move a bit more... normal now, as he reached into the side pocket of his cargo pants, pulling out a small spray bottle labeled "Full Restore". His fingers once again pinched the pikachu's neck as he easily lifted it from the ground, holding th spray capsule up to it, speaking once again, though now with proper reactionary timing, "You're hurt." at which point he squeezed the trigger mechanism of the bottle, oating the healing liquid over the small thing, barely using up half the bottle due to its small stature. He then set it back on the ground, giving a nod at the medicine soaked Pokémon, "There."
Though the Jolteon in turn watched curiously, leanign in to give a brief whiff as Lemondrop was set back down, its large alien black eyes blinking with a twitch of his ears. Thugh he pulled back, giving a yawn and making chat with the small being, "[Nah... No slowpokes... Just sleepy.]"
