The sun shone down brilliantly at the Relebrity Town Centerway Square. It was a hot day, cooled by a gentle breeze that worked its way lazily through the busy streets. There was not a cloud in the sky; it was a brilliant blue, and at only quarter past ten it promised to be a beautiful day.
Leaning against one of the black metal chairs stood Note. He was about five-foot-nine and wore a simple red t-shirt under a black vest. His jeans were a little baggy and dark blue; on his belt was one Pokéball and a cell phone. His teal-blue eyes were hidden behind dark sunglasses and his hair was short and slightly spikey, jutting up and forward to keep out of his face. His arms were crossed and he kept looking around bemusedly. One foot occasionally tapped the ground as he waited.
Sitting at the table in a chair next to him sat Tunes. She was leaning forward, her chin balanced on her palms and her eyes glued on a nookColor as she read. Her long pale blonde hair, which now fell to the small of her back, created a veil on both sides of her face. She wore a beige tank top and green camouflage pants; on the back of her chair hung her green vest and her bag. She was so thoroughly engaged in her reading that she was completely detached from anything around her.

Ellie walked around Relebrity Town, accompanied by her two obnoxiously taller younger brothers. She had agreed three years ago to meet Note and Tunes here after they once again parted ways. Three years... She knew the two of them must be different by now, but she couldn't imagine what they looked like. The image of young Note with his spiky hair, big teal eyes, and Tunes with her short, flat bangs and large green eyes. Where had he said they would meet? Man, three years ago was a real pain in the ass to remember. She should have written it down. She could at least assume, however, that it was in some part in the tourist area, not in those creepy-ass, shady parts. "Are we close?" Zane inquired impatiently, arms crossed behind his neck. "I don't know," Eleanor snapped back, irritated as this was not the first time he's asked in the last few minutes.
After a few more blocks, Eleanor spotted a very tall, blonde male leaning against the wall and a familiar female sitting down next to him. She paused and glanced at her younger brothers who returned the exchange. "Is that...?" Milo gaped, his voice hardly a above a squeak. Of course it was. Eleanor would never forget Note's face, no matter the time span.

Note casually lifted his eyes again and glanced around the square. As he caught sight of the platinum blond the stoic objectivity of his expression faded, and he reached up one hand to removed his glasses. A wide smile played across his face, and he turned and gave Tunes' hair a gentle tug. As she looked up from her book he pointed to the three siblings, and she smiled, turned off the e-reader, and slipped it in her bag.
"Oh my arceus, look at them!" she murmured with a little giggle, standing up next to her brother. He had about five inches on her, but she was still tall and lean; she looked far too old for fifteen. "Look how tall the boys are!"
Note turned and despite his energetic expression he started casually toward the three. As he approached Ellie he opened his arms to recieve an embrace. Tunes, carelessly abandoning her coat and bag on the chair where it had been, hurried after him at a quicker pace.

As Note charged towards her, arms open wide, she returned the gesture. Reaching him, she wrapped her arms around him, pressing herself against his chest. "Hey, Note," she murmured, eyes half-lidded. After wandering around for so long, it was nice to finally have his company. It was one of the moments where she didn't want to ever let go, her bust unintentionally forced up against his own chest, or rather, upper abdominal. "I'm almost surprised you came today," she giggled solemnly. "I mean, we made this deal three years ago... I'm surprised I remembered..." she grinned.
Milo and Zane watched as their sister ran towards the tall blond, but their eyes quickly averted towards the blonde female. "Hey, Tunes," Zane waved, a smile spread against his dark face. Milo, next to his twin, also offered a subtle wave, ocean blue eyes livid with emotions that his brother was able to easily mask over.

"Hot damn," the 18-year-old breathed under his breath as she pressed herself against him. As she hugged him Note grinned and lifted Ellie right off the ground, spinning her in a circle before setting her back down. "Three years is a long time, but it isn't that long," he chuckled, his eyes softening as he released her.
Tunes grinned at the twins as she approached. "Hey, Zane, hey Milo," she said, looking between the two to take a moment to remember which was which. He impressed herself with how quickly it took her to recall which name belonged to which set of eyes. She walked up to them and wrapped an arm around each of their necks in a hug. "I don't have Lemondrop, you won't get shocked if you hug me."

Ellie raised her chin to some degree, looking up at him with cocked brows and a glint in her turquoise eyes. Suddenly, she felt herself lurched into the air and spun around with. She instinctively grabbed onto Note's arms and let out an excited squeak. As he set her down once more, she clutched onto his shirt to stop herself from falling over. She'd become a lot more prone to getting dizzy more easily through reasons she didn't know. Once she'd regained her balance, she quickly released his shirt and crossed her arms, her face bright. "Too long for me," she retorted, though it was all in light humor. "I miss you, you know? I'll admit I've met some friends these past three years, but none of 'em were as cool as you," she giggled, lightly punching his arm. "...But don't tell them I said that if you ever meet them."
Tunes' statement relieved both males, but Milo freely expressed his relief with a quick sigh. "I didn't wear my electric-proof vest today, so that's good," he murmured, a short chuckle following. The boy then continued to wrap his arms around her, resting his chin on her shoulder. "It's nice to see you." Zane just let out a snort and hugged her back. "You look different, Tunes'. Those three years were pretty good on you," he teased as he released the embrace, keeping his arms around her but drawing back his face to look her into her similar green eyes.

"Only if you'll do the same for me," Note laughed, grinning down at her. "Yeah, three years was too long. We should have made it... two. Or one. Or six months."
She smiled back at them as she released their necks. "Oh, thank you. The same is true for both of you." She laughed a bit. "I'll be honest, if Eli hadn't reminded me of where to meet, I would have totally forgotten." She looked both boys up and down and added, "I would have regretted that forever."

"Maybe even the next day," she added with a grin. She look up at him, her eyes locked on his. He looked so different... Hell, he even sounded different. His voice wasn't breaking anymore; it was smooth and solid. She couldn't help herself as her cheeks started to redden. She'd always thought he was the cutest thing ever, but now... this was a whole different story. She quickly cleared her throat, trying to distract herself from her blush. "So... Um, how have you been? We have three years to catch up on," she smiled.
"I can't blame you," Zane grinned, crossing his arms in a similar fashion like his sister. "Three years is a long time." The male looked over to his little brother. "But I think you've emotionally scarred Milo for life. He was looking forward to this day," he laughed, nudging his younger twin. Milo glanced from his brother to Emily, scratching the back of his neck nervously. "Don't act like you forgot even once, Z," Milo bravely objected. Zane simply furrowed his brow and chuckled. Suddenly, the red-clad twin reached for a pocket in his shirt and pulled out a little box. "By the way, Milo n' I got you something," he murmured, almost uncharacteristically. He handed the little white box with red stripes towards the female and both smiled.

Note's smile widened as he saw her cheeks light up. "Yeah, you're right," he said thoughtfully, sticking his hands in his pockets and leaning back a bit as he looked down at her. "I've been pretty good. Not as good as I would have been if you were around, but..." He shrugged. "I can't complain too much."
Tunes looked down at the box, her green eyes glinting curiously. She balled her hands to her chest as she stared at it shyly. "Oh, guys... you shouldn't have... You really shouldn't have," she murmured. She slowly reached out a hand and gingerly took the box, and after a contemplative pause she opened it up.

Ellie watched as he stuck his hands in his pockets and said his fair share of alluring nothings. She felt the slight redness crawl back into her face and she quickly puffed up her face. "Oh, please, you're only saying that," she muttered, though a brow was raised and her smile never left her face.
Milo stuck his arms into the air and quietly celebrated with a, "Ta-da!" Zane smiled and puffed out his chest. "We spent every last coin on those, so you better like 'em," he teased, patting her on the shoulder. What was inside the box were two small studs, colored to look like the famous Masterballs. "Hope this is the kind of stuff you like," the red-clad twin suddenly murmured, scratching the back of his neck and looking away awkwardly.

A playful smile crept its way across Note's face, god, the memory of her did no justice. She was so cute. He had missed everything about her. "No, I mean it," he said, and then he added, loud enough for Tunes to hear, "Emily is no fun like you are."
Tunes' cheeks flushed. "Oh, you didn't have to do this," she said, shaking her head slightly as she stared down in complete admiration of the earrings. "These are so cool. Thank you so much!" She blinked as she heard her brother's comment and she smiled at him over her shoulder. "Bite me, big brother," she said sweetly. Note smirked playfully and giggled.

As the blond male insisted that he had indeed meant what he said, she rubbed her wrist awkwardly, smiling as she glanced over at Tunes. "So, you guys stayed together after you left?" she asked, turning back to face the tall male.
"I beg to differ," Milo chimed, his face livid. "It's been three years. Seeing your smiling face is a gift enough to us, so we knew we had to get you something in return!" Zane's cheeks slightly reddened with what Milo said, and he continued to look away. "Yup."

"Not the whole time," Note replied. "We always meet up at least once a year and travel together for a while. What about you and your brothers?"
Tunes' smile widened. "You boys are so sweet," she trilled, maneuvering the box into one hand and removing her artificial emerald studs. She stuck them into her breast pocket and maneuvered the new master ball earrings into her lobes. Once they were securely in she looked at the boys and pulled back her hair. "How do they look?" she asked, a wide cheerful grin playing across her face.

"Oh," she commented after hearing Note's explanation. "Well, for the most part, we did. The past three years have mainly resulted in sticking around the neighborhood. I forced the boys to go to school for a year and I attended sometimes, too. A few Pokémon evolved, I caught some new ones... The boys' party did, too. I'm three years closer to taking my father's place in Kantō," she grinned, brows creased. "So... I've sort of had to start focusing with more of an electric party," she sighed, though her smile was still plastered to her pale face.
Milo smiled shyly and Zane turned back to her and smirked, giving her a 'thumbs up'. "You look even better them than I even hoped," Zane began, "and you have to realize the bar was already raised pretty damn high."

Note's eyes shined with interest. "You really think you'll take over for your dad?"
Tunes giggled a bit and looked away. "Zane! Oh my gosh," she murmured, embarrassed. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a dark green rubber band. Then she pulled her hair up in a high ponytail so that it it would not fall over her ears and hide her new treasures. "You have to tell me that you did something in the past three years besides think of me..."
