Donetello is the overall average Houndoom. He has long legs and a long muzzle. His horns are more tightly curled as many Houndooms'.Personality:
Donetello is the leader of Note's Pokémon. He can be a bit bossy and sometimes is not quick to trust, but he generally means well. His temper can be short, as he does not have a lot of patience for stupidity or ignorance, but he is well-respected among his friends for his bravery and quick thinking.Other:
He also loves to battle, moreso than Note's other Pokémon (With the exception of Vivian) and he has learned to suppress some of his more... sadistic tendencies that he learned from his past. Overall he finds himself suppressing a couple habits that he learned as a Houndour before Note caught him.
Donetello spent most of his young life in Relebrity Town slums, stealing what he could and fighting for his territory. Over time he slowly built up a small gang of younger Pokémon who were the only family he had. He does not remember his parents, as his first memories were scavenging for scraps.
Gang wars with other rival Pokémon taught Donetello how to fight dirty and also about courage. He grew very close to the Pokémon in his gang and was respected as their leader. He got used to having to follow nobody's orders but his own and having loyal henchmen who would do anything for him.
Slowly, however, he found himself losing control of the group as he grew older, and the much younger Pokémon in the group began to lose their trust in him, believing that he would try to find trainers for them because "that was best". This idea was silly, of course, but Dontetello, knowing that mistrust would weaken the gang that he cared for so dearly, decided that it was best if he handed over control to a younger member-- Solitaire --and moved on.
He wandered off from his normal surroundings and found himself outside Relebrity town. He was attacked and badly wounded. By whom he still does not know.
That was when Note found him, and unable to defend himself he was caught. The trainer nursed him back to health, though it was not easy as the Houndour resisted anything having to do with the human, and when he was well a vicious game of cat and mouse started where each was trying to dominate the other. It went on for several days with nobody really making any leway when Elliot finally got to Don, and (untintentionally, mind you) made the Houndour realize that maybe this new group was the new 'gang' he was looking for.
It took some time for Note and Donetello to build a relationship, but once they did there was peace among the group again.
One of Note's Pokémon, a Flareon named Patience, soon became his best friend once he settled down. The two were inseparable, and Don really thought that they might have a future together.
That, however, changed when he evolved, and Patience's personality changed for the worse. She became envious of him, and he felt guilty, unable to change who he was. Shen she died, accidentally falling into a river, he never forgave himself, and to this day still blames himself for her death.
He met Ellie;s Mightyena Brook when Note and Ellie met, and through some... awkward circumstances they became mates. They have four children.
